Stabilization & Asphalt Recycling

Stabilizing Stabilization and asphalt recycling
at the highest level

The Betek picks all come from the company’s own carbide production and are 100% “Made in Germany”. Even under the most difficult applications, they exhibit high impact strength and shaft fracture resistance. In order to ensure this quality, we continuously develop our components and cutting materials and explicitly match them to the respective application and machine type. This applies not only to our standard portfolio, but especially to customized solutions with difficult and unusual site conditions.

All our cutting tools are ideally designed for different kind of applications in the field of cold recycling and soil stabilization. Highest carbide quality in combination with the sepcial tool geometry ensure optimum holder protection and increased tool performance.

Sales of our cutting tools are conducted exclusively via our system partner Wirtgen. You can find the entire range of cutting tools at wirtgen-group.com.

Maximized service life

Wear protection through innovative design

Optimum work result even in challenging applications

WCC

WCC milling tools are eminetly suitable for mixing compact soils with large pieces of rock thanks to their tool geometry and materials. They feature a highly wear-resistant carbide cutting edge, which is extremely fracture-resistant and impact proof. Depending on their use, WCC milling tools are a useful additions to the existing pick range with conventional carbide tips.

Highest fracture resistance especially in stability

Reduced maintenance requirements

Advantageous, especially in challenging stabilizing applications
